Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Physician Compensation & Performance Tracking:
• Provider Incentive Calculation: Track and calculate provider bonus programs and incentive payments.
• Compensation Model Development: Develop and refine physician compensation models based on productivity, quality metrics, and value-based incentives.
• PSA True-Up Documentation: Assist with PSA Quarterly True-Up documentation and data analysis.
• Benchmark & Compliance Alignment: Ensure compensation plans align with industry benchmarks and compliance standards.

Value-Based Care & Strategic Financial Modeling:
• Incentive Distribution Management: Manage and enhance the value-based care incentive distribution model.
• Financial Modeling & Scenarios: Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Budgeting & Planning Support: Assist in annual PSA budgeting and long-term financial planning.

Operational Analysis & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, finance, and clinical leadership to improve transparency in compensation structures.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.

What Are We Looking For?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance, Economics, or related field, required.
Experience: 2-4+ years of professional financial analysis experience, a must.

Plus, exposure to NetSuite, DataRails, and Power BI, strongly preferred

Key Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, exceptional communication skills, collaborative, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
