We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to provide financial insights that drive business decisions, improve performance, and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting expertise with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial analyst looking to expand their leadership capabilities and play a key role in strategic financial planning.

Selected Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of monthly operating reports and other recurring financial deliverables.
• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process by partnering with leaders across the organization to develop accurate financial projections.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide cash flow forecasts.
• Build and enhance sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Conduct detailed cost and profitability analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial planning processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
• Support special projects, ad hoc analyses, and strategic initiatives as needed.

Target candidates should bring 4+ years of financial analysis experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Other Priorities:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience in healthcare or other multi-site service organizations.
• Experience with NetSuite, DataRails, Power BI, or similar financial and business intelligence platforms.
• FP&A, financial modeling, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
