Alo | Avance Care is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role is crucial in developing, analyzing, and managing physician compensation models that align with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry benchmarks. The analyst will collaborate closely with finance, human resources, and medical leadership to optimize provider compensation strategies while ensuring financial sustainability.

Selected Responsibilities:

• Assist with PSA Quarterly True-Up documentation and data analysis.
• Develop and refine physician compensation models based on productivity, quality metrics, and value-based incentives.
• Track and calculate provider bonus programs and incentive payments.
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage and enhance the value-based care incentive distribution model.
• Ensure compensation plans align with industry benchmarks and compliance standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in annual PSA budgeting and long-term financial planning.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and clinical leadership to improve transparency in compensation structures.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.

Target candidates should bring 2+ years of financial analysis experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Other Priorities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and pay close attention to detail.
• Experience with NetSuite, DataRails, and Power BI (preferred).
