We are seeking a Training Specialist to support our network of locations by designing and delivering educational programs, providing training materials, and assisting with curriculum development. This role focuses on developing training initiatives that ensure Office Managers, Clinicians, and office staff are well-prepared for success. Through effective learning programs, the Training Specialist enhances job competency, drives professional growth, and improves patient outcomes across teams.

 

Selected Responsibilities: 


Enchance training programs by researching materials, pinpointing gaps, and refining procedures to boost productivity and safety.
Design and execute training content that aligns with organizational needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and identify avenues for system, operational, and process enhancements.
Create and analyze surveys to collect feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Ensure training compliance and implement feedback surveys for trainees.
• Keep precise training records for compliance and audits.
Lead and coordinate programs to assist employees in adapting to technological and procedural updates.
Track training progress and communicate deadlines to the Training Manager to ensure compliance.
• Support leadership development initiatives for Office Managers and Regional Managers.
• Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new hires.
Identify training needs and collaborate with the Training Manager to customize programs accordingly.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to implement educational improvements in line with business growth.

 

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with preference for those with experience in developing training and professional development programs. Background in healthcare or medical fields is also preferred.

 

Other Qualifications:


• Demonstrated experience in training, education, or curriculum development, ideally within the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools, demonstrating tech-savviness.
