We are seeking a strategic and empathetic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team.
- This role serves as a dedicated HR partner to assigned clinic locations, requiring regular on-site presence and intermittent travel within the region
- We're looking for someone who can be a trusted advisor to leadership teams while maintaining an approachable presence for all employees
- The position requires someone who can think critically and handle complex situations with tact and professionalism
- We need a positive, solutions-oriented individual who can transform vague concepts into actionable plans
Selected Responsibilities:
- Partner with clinic leadership through 1:1 consultations
- Guide managers through complex employee relations matters and performance management
- Lead training initiatives and facilitate team-building sessions
- Drive positive workplace culture and employee engagement
- Manage sensitive investigations and conflict resolution
- Facilitate organizational change management and lead strategic communications initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Track and report on regional HR metrics and trends
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, along with 7+ years of progressive HR experience. Healthcare industry experience and SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
